Dashboard

Your home screen: student counts, upcoming sessions, and recent messages.

Open in Teachopolis

The dashboard is the first page you see when you open your studio. It gives you a quick read on the day: who you teach, what's coming up, and who has written to you. Open it any time from Dashboard at the top of the sidebar.

The greeting at the top changes with the time of day in your studio's time zone. The bell in the top corner opens your inbox and shows a dot when something is unread.

Stat cards

Each card is a shortcut: click it to open the page behind it.

  • Total students counts every student in your studio and how many are enrolled in your classes or courses. Opens My People.
  • Classes and Courses count your own classes and courses, split into public and private.
  • Upcoming sessions counts your sessions still to come and shows when the next one starts. Opens the Schedule.

Schedule

When you teach today, the card is titled Today's Schedule and lists today's sessions. Otherwise it shows your next few sessions. Each row shows the class, the day and time, and the location. Click View Schedule to open the full calendar.

Nothing scheduled yet? Use the Quick schedule link on the card to add your first session.

Recent messages

Recent Messages lists your four most recent email and chat conversations, newest first, with an unread count. Click one to open it and reply. See Messages.

Class and course progress

Further down, the progress card shows your most recently updated classes and courses. For a class you'll see how many students are enrolled and how many of its sessions have been held so far.

The sidebar on the left takes you everywhere else in your studio. A number beside Messages means you have unread emails or chats.

  • Click Collapse at the bottom of the sidebar to shrink it to icons. Your choice is remembered on this device.
  • If you teach in more than one studio, a Studio menu appears at the top of the page so you can switch between them. See Studios.
  • Use the sun and moon button beside your name to switch between light and dark mode.
