Studios

You can teach in more than one studio with the same account, for example your own studio and one where you're a guest instructor. Each studio keeps its own students, classes, and settings.

Join another studio

1. The studio's owner invites you by email from their Instructors page.
2. Open the invite email and click the link, then Accept invite. You can also accept it from the Studio invitations panel in your Emails inbox.
3. If you don't have an account yet, sign up with the invited email address first.

Invites expire after 14 days. Ask the owner to send a new one if yours has run out.

Switch between studios

There are two ways to change which studio you're working in:

• Use the Studio menu at the top of any studio page. Studios you own are marked “(owner)”.
• Open Studios and click Switch to studio.

Everything in the sidebar then shows that studio. Teachopolis remembers your choice next time you sign in.

Owners and instructors

• Owners manage the studio's name, branding, locations, and storefront, and can invite or remove instructors.
• Instructors run their own classes, courses, lessons, media, and private students, and share the studio's student and parent lists.

The Studios page shows your role in each studio. If an owner removes you, your lessons, media, and courses stay with you.
