Settings

Your profile, studio details, locations, branding, and sidebar.

Settings has five tabs: Personal, Studio, Locations, Branding, and Dashboard. Studio, Locations, and Branding can only be changed by the studio owner; other instructors can view them.

Personal

  • Profile: your display name and date of birth.
  • Phone: verify your mobile number with a code sent by text.
  • Studio SMS messages: opt in if you'd like to receive studio texts. Reply STOP to any studio text to opt out.
  • Your instructor profile in this studio: the photo, name, and bio families see on the storefront. Click Save for this studio; each studio you teach in can have its own version.

Studio

  • Studio name, Public contact email, and Public contact phone. Click Save studio settings.
  • URL slug: the end of your storefront address. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only.
  • Timezone: used for every class time and course date.
  • Public contact: choose whether to show your email and phone on the storefront.
  • Contact preferences: whether studio messages are also sent by email and by text.
  • Appearance and Color theme: dark mode and the accent color of your dashboard. These are saved in your browser and only affect you.

Click Save settings after changing the side panel.

Locations

Locations are the places you teach. Pick one as a class default, for an individual student, or for a single date. Anything without its own location uses the studio default.

  1. Click Add location and give it a name, such as “Downtown studio”.
  2. Choose a type: Physical location (with an address, so students get directions) or Virtual meeting (with a meeting link and joining details).
  3. Optionally pick an icon and color to tell locations apart on the calendar.

Click Make default to set the studio default. If you delete a location, anything using it falls back to the default.

Branding

  • Studio avatar and logo: shown on your storefront.
  • Storefront banner: a wide image across the top of your storefront. JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, up to 1 MB.

Dashboard

Untick sidebar items you don't use to hide them. Changes save straight away and only affect you. Settings always stays visible. Hiding Classes or Courses also hides their dashboard cards and profile tabs.

Signing out and passwords

  • Click Sign out at the bottom of the sidebar.
  • To change your password, sign out and use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
